The following tournaments are not necessarily ones that you will see Sponge
Daddy bowling in. These are ones we are paid a nominal fee to promote on
my website. Each page that you print and send in the entry blank from we get
a few cents. By printing out a form, you acknowledge the terms at the bottom
of this page.
By printing out these entry forms, you agree to release Sponge Daddy, his agents and spongedaddy.com from any and all
liability associated with said tournaments. SD etc. are not liable nor responsible for any claims made by the tournament
promoters, bowling centers or their agents. Sponge Daddy does not vouch for the validity of these documents, tournament

Payout: TBD, but 1 in 5 get paid to play
Format: 5 game sweeper qualifying
top 8 in each division go to match play.
Divisions : scratch
handicap 70% of 220.
